We ship to anywhere the United States via USPS flat rate priority. We do our best to process items within 3-5 business days.

Are you a local in Florence, SC? Use the code: LOCAL at checkout to knock off the shipping and we’ll arrange a pickup. Local delivery is only available for Florence city residents. Market pickup is available on Saturdays from 9am-1pm at the City Center Farmers Market if we are vendors.

All domestic orders will receive a USPS tracking number once your order has shipped. Should your product arrive damaged via the carrier, please contact us within 3 business days and provide us with detailed photos of both the damaged product and the box. We will work with you.

Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, we do not provide refunds or offer exchanges.
