Shipping
We ship to anywhere the United States via USPS flat rate priority. We do our best to process items within 3-5 business days.

Are you a local in Florence, SC? Use the code: LOCAL at checkout to knock off the shipping and we’ll arrange a pickup. Local delivery is only available for Florence city residents. Market pickup is also available on Saturdays from 9am-1pm at the City Center Farmers Market.

All domestic orders will receive a USPS tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, we unfortunately cannot provide refunds or offer exchanges.

Should your product arrive damaged via the carrier, please contact us within 3 business days and provide us with detailed photos of both the damaged product and the box.

Custom Orders
We welcome custom orders! These include, and are not limited to, gift boxes, wedding/party favors, custom soap labels and requests for certain ingredients (dependent on availability). Please contact us and we can discuss in further detail. 

Disclaimer
Please note that the images you see are used for reference only. We handcraft our soaps using the traditional cold process method in small batches and therefore each batch may slightly differ from the other. 

While all of our ingredients are 100% natural, we ask that you please test a small amount of the product on a small area of your skin prior to using regularly.
